|Flowers, leaves and fruit
|The bright yellow pea flowers with red shades in the middle occur on long stalks in terminal clusters from August to December. Fruit is a small, ovoid pod with two seeds. The small, slightly crowded, linear terete leaves have a hooked tip.
|A heathland or dry-forest plant that prefers well-drained soils in a full-sun or semi- shade position. Suitable for understorey planting.
