Flowers, leaves and fruitPlants are dioecious; male and female flowers occur on separate plants. The female flowers are in short clusters and the male flowers in longer spikes. The bright green, ovate-shaped foliage with a toothed margin. Foliage is often hairy, discolorous and arranged in opposite pairs on the stem.
Growing conditionsPrefers full-sun and well-drained positions.
