|A dainty, spreading and stoloniferous perennial herb 10-15cm wide.
|Flowers, leaves and fruit
|The small violet flowers with white petal tips occur singularly on erect stalks from October to December. Fruit is an oval capsule. The dark green leaves are semi-circular with slightly toothed margins on long stalks.
|An adaptable species that can grow in a range of situations. Often used for planting in shaded moist sites. Also suitable for rockeries or hanging baskets.
