Flowers, leaves and fruitPlants are monoecious; separate male and female flowers occur on the same plant. Flowers are small, occurring in axils of the plant in November to February. Fruit is fleshy and red. Foliage is grey-green and discolourous with irregular teeth on the margin.
Growing conditionsSuitable in well-drained to heavier soils in full-sun and semi-shade positions. Very salt tolerant.
