Flowers, leaves and fruit | Creamy-white, tubular flowers occur in a terminal rounded inflorescence from September to January. Foliage is grey-green, narrow and elliptic in an opposite arrangement on the stem. Stems are unbranched and younger stems are very hairy. |
Growing conditions | Common in heathland or drier woodland environments. Prefers well-drained soils in a full-sun or semi-shade position. Can spread via suckering. |
